The chocolate bar that costs 4 Turkish Lira in Migros is only 1.25 Turkish Lira in Hakmar. It's almost a month away from its expiration date, so that's why it's so cheap. Does anyone know why it's so cheap? I think it's still a good deal.

It is better to shop at the market nearby unless you absolutely need to go somewhere else. Even if the prices are the same, it is still better to shop at the nearby market. For example, the price of Y÷rsan daily milk in other markets is 3.15, but the price of Hakmar is 2.45. It is better to save money and shop at Hakmar. Additionally, it is better to support local businesses and not shop at places like Carrefour, which exploit people.

In Pendik District, especially around Kurtköy, it is common to find markets that are located under mosques. Sometimes, these markets look like regular green markets. On Fridays, there is a discount in the greengrocer section of the mosque in Kurtköy Yavaskent, which is still being built. From what I saw, it seems like people go to the mosque first and then go to the market.
