The image manager did an incredible job in this series. In the episodes set in Paris, the scenes look like they were painted in an Impressionist style. When the series returns to America, the scenes look like they were painted in a style similar to that of Norman Rockwell. It's really impressive.
Mark Twain said that the reason why we find things funny is because they make us sad, not because they make us happy. He also said that there is no humor in Heaven.
This is an amazing show. It has a serious tone and the writing is really good. I would give it a 9 out of 10. I took away two points because the characters were too exaggerated. But I gave one point back because they fit the style and atmosphere of the show.
