A product that definitely has a rejuvenating and energy-boosting effect during workouts. Unfortunately, the taste was terrible and I'm not a fan of watermelon, plus the smell was off-putting. I'm not sure if I'd buy it again, but I do think it has the best content on the market right now.
It contains glutamine, leucine, isoleucine, and valine. Blood orange is quite delicious. It's okay to mix it with 400-500ml of water in one serving and drink it while exercising. After working out, the aches and pains are reduced no matter what. I've just started, but in the long run, I'll make more edits here.
I reckon Xtend is the top amino acid out there right now. I was a fool to switch to Weider Premium BCAA, thinking it would be more effective, but I didn't see any results. It's a never-ending cycle, but I'll go back to Xtend as soon as I'm done with this one. Don't give up hope!
I can confidently say that Xtend BCAAs are one of the best amino acids available on the market. If you're new to sports like me, it's a supplement you should definitely take. It really makes you feel good! You can find it in many places on the market. I bought mine from https://www.aloprotein.com/…civation-xtend-384-gram and they even have gifts of your choice. Just one thing to note - don't forget to use it when it gets dark!
I've been doing sports for about a year now. At the end of each session, my coach would yell at me to grab a barbell, grab a dumbbell, and get ready for squats. It's been an amazing experience!
If you're just starting out with the sport, there's no need to purchase it.
Mixing one scoop for 250ml of water as suggested on the sales sites yields a great taste. However, if you prepare a scoop with 500ml of water as indicated on the box, the flavor is even better! I'll post the results in a few weeks and I'm hoping it will be met with lots of positive feedback online.
