the site whose interface has been renewed today. the album scores and the best albums lists have changed. the interface needed to be modernized, but the site is not as smooth as it used to be. i hope it settles in time.

it's a music site where i really like movie lists. especially "year by year" the best films should definitely be reviewed. very successful. let's just say, it's not a useful site like criticker to create a personal movie database. but it's a good platform to review and even create lists. rateyourmusic.com/films/chart

although its interface resembling lousy technology forums may seem repulsive at first glance, it has helped me develop my music culture a lot since i discovered it. it has a slightly cocky and toxic, but quite high quality and knowledgeable population. i still get the clearest idea about an album i haven't listened to from its rating here.

rateyourmusic.com/films/chart interestingly the best movies list is great. it's a thousand times better than imdb's populist dumpster full of cape superheroes, comics, and emotional exploitation, and it's a list that i can almost say i'm smitten with. if you are looking for a movie to watch during the quarantine days, you can start from the beginning.

it has a wonderful "recommendations" tool like no other site. i mean, what is recommended on this site, let me tell my last.fm master, is much sharper and more successful than the advice of a music blog. it's also nice to use for movies. although not an imdb, its alternative asset is quality enough to spend hours at the beginning.

they added an apparatus called your predicted rating. it shows the average of the votes given by people with the same musical taste as you, to the group you want to vote, based on your previous votes before voting for an album. of course, for this, you need to have a certain voting history and that album must have received a certain amount of votes. successful concept followed.
