number of times I have quit smoking

this is the 5th time i quit smoking, this time i have not smoked one ciggrette since 2 months. hope this stays for lifetime

almost every morning i tell myself i wont smoke and with a thought of it i end up lighting one

i think its motivation required more then intention. i literally almost quit for 15 times.
