I eat two meals a day, lunch and dinner. I make sure to include foods that are high in carbohydrates like pasta and rice instead of bread. Even if you only eat pasta, it won't make a difference. I have lost more than 20 kilos since March and I recommend this diet.

This diet is not recommended for everyone and is not something I would suggest without talking to a doctor first. As a result of this diet, I have had to buy new clothes because my old ones are too big for me now.

Not being able to have butter on my bread for breakfast, I put tulum cheese and walnuts on it instead. I couldn't even have it with tea. I couldn't dip the bread in the juice of a steaming red bean or in extra virgin olive oil. I couldn't find anything to add to the soup that would make it taste better.
