I recently met a professor at an event and was very interested in his lectures, even though they weren't related to my field. He was very kind and it was impressive that he was a professor at such a young age, which showed his dedication and hard work. I was very impressed with him.

I didn't learn much from the man, other than what I already knew or what I could easily find out from the presentations he gave.

Last week at my job's training, I watched something for the first time. It felt like 4 hours had gone by in a flash. We heard about communication, marketing, and life. It was like getting a taste of life. If the person teaching us did stand-up comedy instead, he wouldn't be poor. Even if we forget about it, I don't think it will ever end.

Someone asked how this person had the courage to write a book about the brain even though they don't conduct experiments or research on the subject. It was questioned how this person could be the vice president of a neuroscience congress without having any knowledge on the subject. The person was liked by their students, but it was suggested that it shouldn't be easy to be an expert on something.

Although he talks about the brain in a way that I'm familiar with, he is not very impressive and puts on a lot of show.
