I don't know who this person is or what they do, but I don't think they would say something like "on the issues I mentioned above..." during an interview.
In 1933, the Nazis took control of Germany. Professor Dr. Turkey escaped from Germany and settled in Turkey until 1952. He taught classes about finance and economics at Istanbul University and was a pioneer in public finances in Turkey.
