My friend made a loaf of bread for breakfast and I was really happy about it. Everyone around us was surprised and confused because my friend called it "breadfish" instead of bread.
Forget all the egg roll recipes you know and try this instead! Take a slice of not-so-fresh bread and use a teacup to cut out the middle. In a separate pan, melt a teaspoon of butter for each piece of bread. Place the bread in the pan and crack an egg into the middle. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then flip the bread and fry the other side. Voila! An Italian cook would say "perfetto!"
