The company I ordered from said they shipped my product, but then canceled the order and said it was lost in the delivery process.

I have never bought anything from arcesdtm.com, but I have bought a tefal pan, a saucepan and an electrolux blender from n11 stores and everything was fine.

They sent my order to me quickly, in two days. It was also cheaper than other places.

I was worried about buying from these brothers because they weren't a popular store, but they had the best price. I wasn't home when the product was supposed to arrive because of a funeral, so it was sent back. They called me, got my account information, and gave me a refund. Even though I asked them to lower the shipping costs, they didn't. I'm writing this because they were really nice and helpful on the phone, and I would feel comfortable buying from them again.
